Porcelain Flower Sculpture

Delicate, hand sculpted using porcelain, this flower is a beauty. It has been meticulously detail painted with a water color effect to bring it to life and accent every detail. Varying shades of lavender, amethyst, pink and green were used, with tiny black accent dots and clear gloss glaze. Iridescence was applied before its third visit in the kiln. Finally White Gold was applied to the stamens before going into the kiln for its final forth visit.
